Fast Cold Staining for the Detection of Mycobacteria.
Using this kit prevents from heating slides and breathing carbolic toxi c fumes.
This staining is very quick and usable on all types of substrates.
The sensitivity is equal to the one obtained with classical hot methods.
Mycobacteria appear pink against the blue background of the slide.
